摘　　要：目的:了解我国针灸医生执业环境的现状及存在的问题,为针灸传承与发展提供依据。方法:采用滚雪球抽样方法,于2021年2-3月对我国针灸医生进行问卷调查,归纳总结我国针灸执业环境的现状及存在问题。结果:国家政策方面,75.09%的针灸医生认为国家制定的相关政策可以使针灸行业受益,86.05%的针灸医生认为目前国家制定的针灸行业标准及规范还存在较大的改进空间;社会行业环境方面,58.39%的针灸医生认为目前患者对针灸及其针灸适应症的认识与需求不足;个人工作环境方面,54.67%的调查对象所在单位并不重视针灸科室,仅有56.34%的调查对象所在医院能为针灸医生提供进修的机会。结论:目前我国针灸执业环境整体良好,但行业标准及规范亟待改进,要继续加强政策对针灸的倾斜力度,制定适合针灸的行业标准及规范;社会认知与需求还需有效提升,要加强宣传,进一步提高患者对针灸的认识和需求;针灸医生的个人工作环境仍待改善,医院要改善针灸医生的发展平台,保护针灸“简便验廉”的优秀特性。Objective:To investigate and analysis the current situation and problems of acupuncture practice environment in China,in order to offer policy-making materials for the inheritance and development of acupuncture.Methods:In February and March 2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted among acupuncture practitioners in China by snowball sampling to study the current situation and existing problems of acupuncture practice environment in China.Results:In terms of national policies,75.09%of acupuncture practitioners believe that the relevant policies formulated by the state can benefit the acupuncture industry,and 86.05%of practitioners believe that there is still much room for improvement in the current standards and norms of the acupuncture industry formulated by the state.In terms of social industry environment,58.39%of practitioners believed that the patients had insufficient understanding and demand for acupuncture and its indications.In terms of personal working environment,54.67%of the respondents did not give greater emphasis to the acupuncture department in their units,and only 56.34%of the respondents'hospitals could provide further training opportunities for acupuncture doctors.Conclusion:At present,the overall practice environment of acupuncture in China is good,but the industry standards and norms need to be improved urgently.It is necessary to strengthen the policy preference for acupuncture and formulate industry standards and norms suitable for acupuncture.The social cognition and demand still need to be effectively improved,and publicity should be strengthened to further improve the awareness and needs of social residents for acupuncture.The practicing environment of acupuncture practitioners still needs to be improved.The hospital should improve the development platform of acupuncture practitioners and protect the simple and inexpensive acupuncture.
