我国临床常用针灸技法使用情况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解我国针灸医生临床常用针灸技法的使用情况,并根据不同医疗机构等级、不同从业年限、不同学历进行分析,为中医药相关政策制定提供参考。方法:对全国针灸医生开展问卷调查,并用SPSS 26.0进行统计分析。结果:得到3706份有效问卷。调查结果显示,普通针刺、电针和灸法在临床的使用率较高,都在70.0%以上。医疗机构等级对普通针刺、电针、穴位敷贴、温针、刮痧治疗、头皮针、手指点穴和耳针的使用率有影响(P<0.05);从业年限对拔罐疗法、穴位敷贴、温针、头皮针和耳针的使用率有影响(P<0.05);学历对普通针刺、电针、刮痧治疗、头皮针和耳针的使用率有影响(P<0.05)。结论:我国针灸医生针灸技法的临床使用呈现多样性,医疗机构等级、从业年限、学历均对常用针灸技法的使用率有正向影响。院校教育推动了针灸医生基础技法的学习和掌握。Objective:To understand the current use of acupuncture technology and moxibustion techniques by Chinese acupuncturists,and analyze it according to different levels of medical institutions,different years of employment and different educational backgrounds,so as to provide references for formulation of policies related to traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among acupuncture doctors in China,and SPSS 26.0 for statistical analysis.Results:3706 valid questionnaires were obtained from China's Mainland.The survey results showed that common acupuncture,electroacupuncture and moxibustion were generally high,with more than 70%.The grade of medical institutions had an effect on the use of common acupuncture,electroacupuncture,acupoint application,warm acupuncture,scraping therapy,scalp acupuncture,finger acupoint and ear acupuncture(P<0.05).Working years had an effect on the use of cupping therapy,acupoint application,warm acupuncture,scalp acupuncture and ear acupuncture(P<0.05).Education had an effect on the use of common acupuncture,electroacupuncture,scraping therapy,scalp acupuncture and ear acupuncture(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical use of acupuncture techniques by Chinese acupuncturists display diversity.The level of medical institutions,years of employment and educational background all have a positive impact on the usage rate of commonly used acupuncture and moxibustion technology.College education promotes the learning and mastery of basic technology among acupuncturists.
