数字经济、海洋科技创新与海洋经济高质量发展——基于面板门槛回归模型的实证检验

摘　　要：基于2011—2019年11个沿海省份的面板数据,运用熵权法与指数模型对沿海地区数字经济和海洋经济高质量发展水平进行测算,建立含有海洋科技创新门槛变量的面板门槛模型,实证检验数字经济对海洋经济高质量发展的影响机理。结果表明:数字经济能够显著促进海洋经济的高质量发展,尤以创新与开放层面的促进效应更为显著,但存在边际效应非线性递减趋势与地区分布差异特征;上海、天津、山东等省份的数字经济促进效应跨越门槛后更大,表现为门槛加强特征。因此,应推动数字经济对海洋经济高质量发展助力赋能,实施区域差异化的数字经济发展战略,深度挖掘和释放数字经济的创新驱动潜能。Based on the panel data of 11 coastal provinces from 2011 to 2019,the entropy weight method and index model were used to measure the development level of digital economy and the high-quality development level of marine economy in the coastal areas,and a panel threshold model containing the threshold variables of marine science and technology innovation was established to empirically test the influencing mechanism of digital economy on the high-quality development of marine economy.The results show that digital economy can significantly promote the high-quality development of marine economy,especially in the level of innovation and openness.However,there is a nonlinear decreasing trend of marginal effect and regional distribution difference.The promoting effect of digital economy in Shanghai,Tianjin,Shandong and other provinces is greater after crossing the threshold,which is characterized by threshold strengthening.Based on this,it is necessary to promote the digital economy to boost and empower the high-quality development of the marine economy,implement a regionally differentiated digital economy development strategy,and deeply tap and release the innovation-driven potential of the digital economy.
