新疆大学生村官职业发展困境及对策研究——以和田市X县为例

摘　　要：党的二十大报告中指出,要扎实推动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织振兴,全面推进乡村振兴。而大学生村官是乡村振兴中最重要的一环,也是新时代农业现代化进程中不可或缺的力量。该文以和田市X县的大学生村官为主要研究对象,运用访谈和问卷调查法进行研究,研究发现大学生村官在职业发展中存在融入乡村社会困难、薪酬和福利制度保障不健全、大学生村官政策有待完善及职业发展流通渠道不畅通等问题,作者认为可以通过优化高校教学结构、健全大学生村官制度保障、完善大学生村官配套政策及健全退出机制等措施优化大学生村官职业发展。In the report of the 20th CPC National Congress,it is pointed out that it is necessary to firmly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations,and promote rural revitalization in an all-round way.College student as village officials are not only the most important part of rural revitalization,but also an indispensable force in the process of agricultural modernization in the new era.This paper takes the college student as village officials in X County of Hotan City as the main research object,and uses the methods of interview and questionnaire to carry out the research.The study found that there are some problems in the career development of college student as village officials,such as difficulties in integrating into rural society,imperfect salary and welfare system,unsound policy of college student as village officials,blocked circulation channels of professional development and so on.This paper argues that the professional development of college student as village officials can be optimized by optimizing the teaching structure of colleges and universities,improving the guarantee of the system of college student as village officials,perfecting the supporting policies of college student as village officials,and perfecting the exit mechanism and other measures.
