乡村振兴背景下新生代农民工返乡创业生态系统构建及政策研究

摘　　要：近几年,随着乡村振兴战略的推进和国家鼓励创新创业政策的出台,农民工返乡创业迎来新的高峰。农民工返乡创业是新时期我国实现乡村振兴和全面建成小康社会的重要力量。该文融合生态学和创业生态系统理论,构建新生代农民工返乡创业生态系统框架,研究其运行机制,针对性地提出促进新生代农民工返乡创业的对策建议,优化创业生态系统,以吸引更多农民工返乡创业,提升创业成功率,助推全面建成农业农村现代化。In recent years,with the promotion of rural revitalization strategy and the introduction of national policies to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship,migrant workers return home to start a business,which has ushered in a new peak.The migrant workers who start a business is an important force for our country to achieve rural revitalization and build a well-off society in an all-round way in the new era.With the integration of ecology and entrepreneurial ecosystem theory,this paper constructs the framework of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the new generation of migrant workers,studies its operating mechanism,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the return of the new generation of migrant workers to start businesses,and optimizes the entrepreneurial ecosystem,in order to attract more migrant workers to return home to start businesses,improve the success rate of entrepreneurship,and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in an all-round way.
