摘　　要：目的:构建老年人“互联网+居家护理”服务风险评价指标体系,为形成老年人“互联网+居家护理”服务风险应对策略提供依据。方法:以5MIE法、风险感知理论为理论基础,通过文献检索、半结构化访谈、小组讨论初步确立老年人“互联网+居家护理”服务风险评价指标体系初稿,经2轮德尔菲专家函询对指标体系内容进行修改。结果:2轮专家函询问卷回收率分别为100.00%、93.75%,专家权威系数分别为0.806,0.813,专家意见的协调系数分别为0.173,0.158(P<0.001)。专家意见的变异系数为0.000~0.240。最终构建的服务风险评价指标体系包括老年人“互联网+居家护理”服务风险评价指标体系、护士风险感知结局指标体系、病人风险感知结局指标体系。结论:构建的老年人“互联网+居家护理”服务风险评价指标体系科学、可靠,可为形成老年人“互联网+居家护理”服务风险预警模型及应对策略提供参考依据。Objective:To construct the risk evaluation index system of"Internet+home care"service for the elderly,in order to provide basis for the formation of the elderly"Internet+home care"service risk response strategy for the elderly.Methods:Based on the 5MIE method and the risk perception theory,the first draft was formulated through literature search,semi-structured interview and group discussion.On this basis,the content of the index system was modified based on the results of two rounds of Delphi expert letter inquiry.Results:The expert consultations of two rounds of expert letter questionnaires were 100.00%and 93.75%respectively.The expert authority coefficient were 0.806 and 0.813 respectively.The coordination coefficient of expert opinions were 0.173 and 0.158(P<0.001).The coefficient of variation of expert opinions ranged from 0.000 to 0.240.The finally risk evaluation index system included the risk evaluation index system of"Internet+home care"service for the elderly,risk perception outcome index system of nurses,and risk perception outcome index system of patients.Conclusion:The established risk assessment index system was scientific and reliable,which could provide reference for the formation of risk warning model and coping strategies of"Internet+home care"service for the elderly.
