摘　　要：阐述了血流限制运动的概念及作用机制、应用参数,综述了血流限制运动在老年人运动干预中的应用现状,以期为衰弱老年人的肌力训练提供参考。This study described the concept,mechanism and application parameters of blood flow restriction exercise,and reviewed the application status quo of blood flow restriction exercise in exercise intervention of the elderly,in order to provide reference for the muscle strength training of the frail elderly.
