城市参与国内国际双循环水平测度及耦合协调发展研究--以长江经济带为例  

Research on the Measurement of the Level of Urban Participation in Domestic and International Dual Cycle and the Coupling and Coordinated Development--Take the Yangtze River Economic Belt as an Example

摘　　要：城市作为我国经济发展的重要增长极,如何参与构建新发展格局成为新时代经济实践中的研究难点。为此,利用CEADs数据库中的城市间投入产出数据测算了长江经济带103个城市参与国内国际循环强度,并基于耦合协调度模型和核密度估计法探讨国内国际双循环协调水平及空间分布特征。研究发现,长江经济带内循环的主体地位有所提升,但城市的“本地依赖”程度较大;省会城市的中介中心性对城市国内循环地位的提升影响较大。各城市的最终产品和中间产品流向均具有明显的“邻近性”;长江经济带国内国际双循环存在耦合协调关系,大部分城市的耦合水平在0.3-0.7之间。基于此,得出了因地制宜推动长江经济带及所在城市的国内国际循环经济协同发展、有效发挥省会城市的中介中心优势以提升国内循环主体地位,加强省内城市间协调治理和深挖阻碍城市经济双循环发展的现实困难,提升国内国际双循环耦合协调水平等启示,为畅通长江经济带国内国际双循环加快构建我国新发展格局提供参考。As an important growth pole of China’s economic development,how to participate in building a new development pattern has become a research difficulty in the economic practice of the new era.Therefore,the intensity of 103 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt participating in the domestic and international cycle is calculated by using the inter city input-output tables in 2012 and 2015,and the domestic and international circulation coordination level and spatial distribution characteristics are discussed based on the coupling coordination model and the nuclear density estimation method.The study finds that the dominant position of the inner circulation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has been improved,but the city’s“local dependence”is greater;The intermediary centrality of provincial capital cities has a greater impact on the promotion of the city’s domestic circular status.The flow direction of final products and intermediate products in each city has obvious“proximity”;There is a coupling and coordination relationship between domestic and international double cycles in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and the coupling level of most cities is between 0.3-0.7.Based on this,the paper draws inspiration from promoting the coordinated development of domestic and international circular economy of the whole Yangtze River Economic Belt and its internal cities according to local conditions,effectively giving play to the advantages of provincial capital cities as intermediary centers to enhance the dominant position of domestic circular economy,strengthening the coordinated governance between cities and cities in the province,digging into the practical difficulties hindering the development of urban economic double cycle,and improving the level of domestic and international dual cycle coupling and coordination,provide reference for the smooth Yangtze River Economic Belt to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern in China.
