基于DEA-Tobit模型对我国纺织业的生态效率研究

摘　　要：本文在构建一个新的产业生态评价指标体系的基础上,基于2007-2019年我国纺织业的经济和环境统计数据,应用DEA-Tobit模型对我国纺织业的生态效率及影响因素进行实证研究,结果表明近年来我国纺织业的生态效率较高,且资本投入结构因素、科技经费投入结构因素及人员投入结构因素与生态效率正相关。在此基础上,提出了进一步提高我国纺织业生态效率的政策建议。Based on the construction of a new industrial ecological evaluation index system and based on the economic and environmental statistical data of China’s textile industry from 2007 to 2019,this paper makes an empirical study on the ecological efficiency and influencing factors of China’s textile industry by using DEA Tobit model.The results show that the ecological efficiency of China’s textile industry is high in recent years,and the factors of capital investment structure.The structural factors of science and technology investment and personnel investment are positively correlated with ecological efficiency.On this basis,policy suggestions to further improve the ecological efficiency of China’s textile industry are put forward.
