摘　　要：当前中国历史街区保护仍以静态保护为主,缺乏对未来城市历史街区可持续发展和活化利用的深入探索。2017一2020年由欧盟主导、在欧洲开展的“创新和知识型城市的文化遗产更新和优化项目”为城市历史中心地区的城市更新和适应性再利用创造提供了一种创新、协作和系统性循环的方法。通过分析项目工作模式、空间设计、社区营造、资金财政、绿色建设、制度管理等,总结可借鉴策略,为中国城市中心地区的文化遗产更新提供重要参考。At present,the protection of historic districts in China still focuses on conservation issues,and there is a lack of in-depth exploration of how sustainable development and active utilization of historic districts will be in the future.This paper introduces an EU-led project called"cultural heritage regeneration and optimization in creative and knowledge cities"from 2017 to 2020,which aims to develop an innovative,collaborative,and systematic circular approach to urban regeneration and adaptive reuse for the creative knowledge economy.Through the analysis of its working mode,spatial design,community empowerment,finance,green construction and political management,this paper summarizes several strategies which can be used as references for the historic district regeneration of urban centers in China.
