摘　　要：网络思想政治教育载体分为网络媒介载体、网络文化载体、网络管理载体和网络活动载体四种主要类型,具有客观性、中介性、承载性、发展性等基本特征。在网络空间中,积极推进网络思想政治教育载体的创新发展,要注重载体的融合创新、载体的意义赋予和载体选择的针对性。在网络媒介载体方面,既要加强载体内部的融合互通,又要促进新兴网络载体与传统载体的融合互通;在网络文化载体方面,要把网络思想政治教育所传导的价值观念融入网络文化产品之中,并通过各种方式丰富网络文化活动;在网络管理载体方面,要切实提高管理者实施网络思想政治教育的自觉意识和实际能力,把网络思想政治教育的目标融入管理目标之中,把柔性管理和硬性管理有机结合起来,真正发挥好网络管理载体的思想政治教育功能;在网络活动载体方面,要增强开展网络活动的自觉意识,丰富网络活动的具体形式,提高网络活动的实际效果。The network ideological and political education carriers can be divided into four main types:network media carrier,network culture carrier,network management carrier and network activity carrier,which have the basic characteristics of objectivity,intermediary,bearing and development.Under the new cyberspace conditions,paying attention to the syncretic innovation of network ideological and political education carriers,the significance of carriers and the pertinence of carrier selection is the key to actively promoting the innovative development of carriers.In terms of network media carriers,not only the integration and interworking within the carriers should be strengthened,but also the integration and interworking between emerging network carriers and traditional carriers should be promoted.In terms of network culture carriers,it is highly desirable to integrate the values conducted by network ideological and political education into network cultural products,at the same time,to enrich network cultural activities in various ways.In terms of network management carriers,it is necessary to effectively improve managers’self-consciousness and practical ability of implementing network ideological and political education,integrate the goal of network ideological and political education into the management goal,organically combine the flexible management with the hard management,so as to truly play the role of network management carriers in ideological and political education.In terms of network activity carriers,it is high time to enhance the consciousness of carrying out network activities,enrich the specific forms of network activities and improve the actual effect of network activities.
