摘 要:目的设计一种嵌套于常规吸引器外壁的手术烟雾吸除用吸引管,并探讨其抽吸能力。方法应用COMSOL Multiphysics建立除烟吸引管有限元模型,分析采用3种开孔设计方案(管壁开孔直径为1.5、2.0、2.5 mm)的除烟吸引管在给定固定负压时出口处流量及入口处压力、流速情况。通过分析比较,筛选出一种最优的开孔设计方案。结果仿真模拟结果表明,除烟吸引管的管道流速及负压随着距离“Y”形接口距离的增加而递减;3种方案除烟吸引管的切面最大流速和表面最大负压随着开孔直径的增加而递减;“Y”形接口处流量随着开孔直径的增加呈递增趋势。开孔直径为2.5 mm的除烟吸引管流量最大(0.00009 m3/s),抽吸能力最强。结论通过构建除烟吸引管三维几何模型,将模型导入COMSOL软件进一步构建仿真模型,并通过模拟负压吸引环境,计算出开孔直径为2.5 mm的除烟吸引管为最优设计方案,本研究结果可为手术室医护人员手术器械的研发提供新方法。Objective To design a suction tube for surgical smoke removal,which is nested outside the conventional suction device,to explore the suction capacity of its design scheme.Methods The finite element model of smoke removal suction was established with COMSOL Multiphysics,the flow at the outlet and the pressure and flow rate at the inlet of the smoke removal suction with three kinds of opening design schemes(the diameter of the opening hole in the pipe wall was 1.5,2.0,2.5 mm)when was given a fixed negative pressure were analyzed.Through analysis and comparison,an optimal design scheme was selected.Results The simulation results showed that the flow rate and negative pressure of the suction tube decreased with the increase of the distance from the“Y”interface.The maximum flow rate and surface negative pressure of the suction tube in the three schemes decreased with the increase of the diameter of the opening hole.The flow rate at the“Y”interface increased with the increase of the opening diameter.The smoke removal suction tube with a diameter of 2.5 mm had the largest flow(0.00009 m3/s)and the strongest suction capacity.Conclusion Through the construction of the three-dimensional geometric model of smoke removal suction tube,the model was imported into COMSOL software to further build the simulation model.And through the simulation of negative pressure suction environment,it is calculated that the optimal design scheme is the smoke removal suction tube with the opening diameter of 2.5 mm.The results of this study can provide a new method for the research and development of surgical instruments for medical staff in the operating room.
