摘　　要：目的为了解临床环境下国产和进口品牌超声设备的基本性能,对在用超声诊断设备开展质量检测与对比评价。方法在不同医院抽样65台在用超声诊断设备,参照国家标准和行业标准,分别应用腹部探头、浅表探头、心脏探头对多项参数进行性能检测,并对检测结果进行对比分析与评价。结果国产超声设备在应用腹部探头、浅表探头时,基本性能参数与进口品牌超声无明显差异;在应用心脏探头成像时,进口设备的分辨率、几何精度及误差方面优于国产设备。同一年限段的受检设备在腹部和浅表成像时,进口品牌设备略优于国产品牌设备。结论本次受检的超声设备在基本性能指标方面进口品牌与国产品牌差异不明显,在心脏成像方面进口超声设备优于国产超声设备。Objective To understand the basic performance of domestic and imported ultrasound equipment in clinical environments,by conducting the quality testing and comparative evaluation of in use ultrasound diagnostic equipment.Methods A total of 65 ultrasound diagnostic equipments in use were sampled from different hospitals.And according to national and industrial standards,the performance evaluation of multiple parameters was conducted using abdominal probes,superficial probes,and cardiac probes,respectively.The results were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in basic performance parameters between domestic and imported ultrasound equipment brands when using abdominal and superficial probes.When using cardiac probe imaging,imported equipment was superior to domestic equipment in terms of resolution,geometric accuracy,and error measurement.Imported brand equipment was slightly superior to domestic brand equipment in abdominal and superficial imaging for the same age group of tested equipment.Conclusion There was no significant difference in the basic performance parameters between domestic ultrasound equipment and imported ultrasound equipment in sampling measurement in most indicators,but in cardiac imaging the imported equipment brands were superior than domestic equipment brands.
