针药结合治疗结节性痒疹30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针联合荆防止痒汤、风艾洗剂外洗治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的结节性痒疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用火针联合荆防止痒汤、风艾洗剂外洗治疗,对照组口服西替利嗪治疗,均治疗4周。结果:治疗组、对照组有效率分别为86.7%、55.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:火针联合荆防止痒汤、风艾洗剂外洗治疗结节性痒疹疗效安全可靠,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of fire needle combined with Jingfang Zhiyang Decoction and Feng′ai Lotion in the treatment of prurigo nodularis.Methods:60 patients with prurigo nodularis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with fire needle combined with Jingfang Zhiyang Decoction and Feng′ai Lotion,and the control group was treated with cetirizine orally.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.Results:The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 86.7%and 55.0%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Fire needle combined with Jingfang Zhiyang Decoction and Feng′ai Lotion in the treatment of prurigo nodulari has safe and reliable efficacy in treating prurigo nodularis,and is worth popularizing and applying.
