近代名老中医治疗胃癌的临床经验探析

摘　　要：目的:通过整理分析名老中医处方中的用药规律,学习治疗胃癌的临床经验。方法:从国家中医药管理局公布的七批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师中确定相关名老中医,整理归纳治疗胃癌的相关其医案处方后统计用药频次等数据,从胃癌的病因病机、辨证分型和用药规律等方面分析总结。结果:收集57位名老中医治疗胃癌的医案处方共得到方剂191首,其中使用频次≥60次的中药有11种,常用抗胃癌单药有4种,常用对药有5种。结论:中医药作为胃癌常规治疗的辅助手段具有良好的疗效。Objective:To study the clinical experience in the treatment of gastric cancer by sorting out and analyzing the medication rules in prescriptions of famous old TCM doctors.Methods:The relevant famous old TCM doctors was determined from the seven batches of instructors of academic experience inheritance work of national old Chinese medicine experts from National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The frequency of medication was calculated after the prescriptions in the medical records were sorted out.The etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer,syndrome differentiation and medication rules were analyzed and summarized.Results:A total of 191 prescriptions were obtained from the medical records related to treated of gastric cancer of 57 famous old TCM doctors.Among the prescriptions,there were 11 kinds of Chinese herbs which were used more than 60 times,4 kinds of commonly used anti-gastric cancer single drug,and 5 kinds of commonly used drug pairs.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine as an auxiliary means of routine treatment of gastric cancer has a good curative effect.
