针刺治疗中风后足内翻60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺治疗中风后足内翻的临床疗效。方法:将60例中风后足内翻患者随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组采用传统针刺法,治疗组在此基础上,加用经验穴(患侧,外踝尖上3寸,腓骨后缘),同时选取“经验穴”及丘墟穴行电针治疗,1次/d,6次/周,治疗3个周期,共18 d。评价两组患者治疗前后的踝内翻角度、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)、Holden步行能力分级,并进行临床疗效评定。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;两组患者治疗后踝内翻角度改善情况、FMA、Holden步行能力分级评分较本组治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组踝内翻角度改善情况、FMA、Holden步行能力分级评分优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:针刺治疗中风后足内翻可减轻足内翻,且疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on varus after stroke.Methods:60 patients with varus after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(N=30)and control group(N=30).The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with empirical acupoints(3 inches above the tip of the lateral malleolus of the affected side,posterior edge of the fibula)on the basis of the control group treatment,and the empirical acupoints and Qiuxu points were selected for electro-acupuncture treatment.The treatment course was for 18 days and 3 cycles,with 1 time/day and 6 times/week.The ankle varus angle,Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)and Holden walking ability grade were evaluated before and after treatment in the two groups,and the clinical effect was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the improvement of ankle varus angle,FMA and Holden walking ability grade in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of ankle varus angle,FMA and Holden walking ability grade scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05)with statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of varus after stroke can reduce the degree of varus,and the effect is significant.
