摘 要:了解山西省黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum Delar.ex Redoute)的适宜区分布,对于山西省黄精(P.sibiricum)的野生资源保护和仿野生栽培种植具有重要的意义。利用R语言对数据处理的优势,调用Kuenm程序包,通过优化和调整MaxEnt模型的默认参数,避免了数据对分布点位的过拟合,在1581个不同参数组合的MaxEnt模型中筛选确定了最优参数来构建黄精的适宜性分布模型,得出当模型相应的FC组合为L+Q+P+T,RM值为0.5时,模型复杂度和过拟合程度较低,模型模拟准确性提高,被确定为最终的设置参数。在MaxEnt软件中利用105个黄精的分布点数据和56类环境变量,模拟了黄精在山西省的适宜性分布区域,并分析影响黄精适宜区分布的主导环境因子。通过相关数据和文献验证了预测结果的有效性。预测结果表明,黄精在山西的中、高度适生区占比为44.23%左右,年均温变化范围、最暖季度降水量和坡度是影响黄精分布的主要环境因素。To understand the suitable area distribution of Polygonatum sibiricum Delar.ex Redoute in Shanxi Province,which has great significance for the protection of wild resources of P.Sibiricum and the imitating wild cultivation.Using the advantages of R language for data processing,Kuenm program package is used to avoid the over-fitting of data to the distribution points by optimizing and adjusting the default parameters of MaxEnt model.The optimal parameters are selected from 1581 MaxEnt models with different parameter combinations to construct the suitability distribution model of P.Sibiricum,and the results show that when the corresponding FC combination of the model is L+Q+P+T and the RM value is 0.5,the complexity and over-fitting degree of the model are low,and the simulation accuracy of the model is improved,which is determined as the final setting parameter.The suitable distribution area of P.Sibiricum in Shanxi Province is simulated by using 105 distribution points and 56 kinds of environmental variables in the MaxEnt software,and the dominant environmental factors affecting the suitable distribution area of P.sibiricum are analyzed.The validity of the prediction results is verified by relevant data and literature.The prediction results show that the proportion of P.Sibiricum in the high and middle suitable areas in Shanxi is about 44.23%,and the annual average temperature range,the warmest season precipitation and slope are the main environmental factors affecting the distribution of P.Sibiricum.
