摘 要:为了解田间枸杞棉蚜对吡虫啉抗药性的发生动态,延长吡虫啉的使用寿命,文中采用单头反选育和群体汰选的方法,建立了枸杞棉蚜吡虫啉敏感品系和抗性品系,对抗性品系现实遗传力与抗性风险进行评估,通过浸叶法测定11种杀虫剂对吡虫啉的交互抗性,并对青海5个县(市)的枸杞棉蚜种群进行了连续2年的抗药性监测。结果显示:初始枸杞棉蚜种群经42代筛选后,敏感种群的抗药性为原始种群的0.49倍,抗性种群的抗药性为原始种群的46.22倍,为敏感种群的92.78倍,达到高水平抗药性;枸杞棉蚜对吡虫啉的现实遗传力为0.044 7。交互抗性测定表明,吡虫啉与吡蚜酮、高效氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱、螺虫乙酯、苦参碱、鱼藤酮、除虫菊素等杀虫剂之间无交互抗性,与啶虫脒、阿维菌素、烯啶虫胺等杀虫剂的交互抗性较高。2020年和2021年5个枸杞棉蚜种群对吡虫啉均呈现中水平的抗药性,因此,长期大量使用吡虫啉存在枸杞棉蚜对吡虫啉产生抗药性的风险。In order to find out the dynamics of drug resistance to imidacloprid in Aphis gossypii Glover and prolong the field life of imidacloprid,imidacloprid-sensitive strains and imidacloprid-resistant strains of Aphis gossypii Glover are established by the methods of single head reverse breeding and mass elimination in the laboratory.The actual heritability and resistance risk of the strains are evaluated as well.The cross resistance of 11 types of insecticides to imidacloprid is determined by leaf soaking method.The resistance of Aphis gossypi Glover populations in five counties(cities)of Qinghai is monitored for two consecutive years.The results show that after 42 generations of screening for the original Aphis gossypii Glover,the drug resistance of the sensitive population is 0.49times that of the original population,the drug resistance of the resistant population is 46.22 times that of the original one and 92.78 times that of the sensitive one,reaching a high level of drug resistance.The actual heritability to imidacloprid is 0.0447.According to the test results,there is no cross resistance between imidacloprid and insecticides such as pymetrozine,beta-cypermethrin,chlorpyrifos,spirotetramat,matrine,rotenone and pyrethrin,while the cross resistance between imidacloprid and insecticides such as acetamiprid,avermectin and nitenpyram is high.The five populations show moderate drug resistance to imidacloprid in 2020 and 2021.Aphis gossypi Glover will develop resistance to imidacloprid after long-term use of imidacloprid in large quantities.
