西部农户就近迁居城镇意愿、行为及其影响因素——基于一个农业大镇的个案研究

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,我国城镇化水平不断提高,大量农村人口迁移到城镇居住和生活。然而,在国家大力推动新型城镇化和农业转移人口市民化的同时,仍有不少农户并不乐意在城市定居或向小城镇迁移。在实地调研的基础上,运用访谈资料探讨了农户迁居城镇的意愿和行为特征。利用国外最新研究成果,构建了农户就近迁居城镇行为分析框架,认为农户就近迁居城镇行为主要受居住偏好和可行能力的影响,并以四川省典型农业大镇Z镇为例,运用二元Logistic回归模型对农户迁居城镇行为的影响因素进行了研究。结果显示:个人偏好显著影响农户的城镇迁移行为;人力资本、金融资本和社会资本禀赋越好的家庭越有可能迁移到附近城镇居住;耕地较多、房屋面积更大的家庭则更愿意留在农村居住和生活。With rapid economic and social development,urbanization level is seen rising in China as an increasing number of rural residents migrate to cities and towns.However,despite new-pattern urbanization promoted all over China,some rural people are reluctant to settle down in big cities or move to small towns.Based on field investigation and interview data,farmers willingness to migrate and their behavior characteristics are explored.Drawing on the latest theoretic formulations abroad,this paper puts forward the preference-capability framework for analyzing behavior of farmers migration to towns,arguing rural people s migration behavior is determined by their residential preference and capability in terms of livelihood capitals.The case study of Town Z,a big labor-exporting township in the province of Sichuan,by using binary Logistic regression,shows individual preference for residence has significant influence on rural people s town-wards migration behavior.It is also indicated that households with better endowment in human,financial and social capitals have higher propensities to move to nearby towns while those with more arable land and bigger houses are more likely to stay behind in rural areas.
