摘 要:铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作的主线,铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育是铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作的重要内容。本研究结合传播学领域拉斯韦尔的“5W”传播模式,阐明当前铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育在传者、受众、方式、内容、效果五个方面分别存在传播主体身份模糊、传播对象身份单一、传播途径缺乏融合、传播内容方向性亟需正确引导、传播效果表层化等现实困境。针对上述困境,提出铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育的优化路径:一是明确传播主体,注重宣传教育队伍的多方协同推进;二是科学分众传播,精准聚焦不同宣传教育的受众需求;三是采用全媒体融合和多样化方式,形成现实场域和网络空间的传播合力;四是明确传播内容主线,加强思想性引领及故事化表达;五是加强宣传教育效果评估指标体系建设,力求做到“有形、有感、有效”。Heightening a sense of identity of the Chinese nation is the main line of the CPC work in the new era,and publicity and education on forging the consciousness of the Chinese national community is an important part of the work of forging the consciousness of the Chinese national community.Combining Laswell's"5W"communication model in the field of communication,this study clarifies the current difficulties in the propaganda and education of the awareness of the Chinese nation community in the five aspects including communicator,audience,method,content,and effect:the identity of the subject of communication is ambiguous;the identity of the communication object is single;the communication channels are lack of integration;the direction of the communication content urgently needs to be guided correctly;the communication effect is superficial.In view of the above predicament,this paper puts forward an optimized path for publicizing and educating the consciousness of the Chinese nation community.The first is to clarify the main body of communication and focus on the multi-party coordinated promotion of the publicity and education team;The second is to scientifically focus on publicity and focus on the needs of different publicity and education audiences;The third is to adopt all-media integration and diversified ways to build up resultant force between real field and cyberspac;The fourth is to clarify the main line of communication content,strengthen ideological guidance and story—based expression;The fifth is to strengthen the construction of an evaluation index system for publicity and education effects,and strive to be"tangible,meaningful,and effective."
