目标统筹与组织再造:产业振兴中农民主体性呈现的行动基础

摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略的时代背景下,如何确保农民主体性成为了具有重大理论和实际意义的研究问题。通过对Y村合作社产业发展过程展开分析,认为农民主体性可以通过目标统筹与组织再造,从发展意识、发展权益与发展能力三个方面得以呈现。其中,目标统筹即农民行动与国家、社会的发展目标的统一,形成激活农民发展意识的合力;组织再造即发展以农民为核心要素的合作社产业发展模式,以紧密利益关联、社会关系增进农民发展权益,以延长产业链、扩大产业参与空间提升农民发展能力。最后指出,农民主体性既需要依托产业发展所构建的行动基础,也需要从农民的视角把握产业发展的内在动力,以此提升产业振兴中农民的主体性地位。ion:Under the rural revitalization strategy,farmers'subjectivity has become a research issue of theoretical and practi⁃cal significance.Based on a field study of a cooperative in village Y in western Hunan,farmers'subjectivity can be presented in terms of development consciousness,interests and capacity through goals integration and organization reengineering.Specifi⁃cally,goals integration means the unification of farmers'actions with the state and society,forming a synergy that activates farmers'development consciousness;organization reengineering focus on the cooperative's industrial development model with farmers as the core element,promoting farmers'development interests through economic and social relations,enhancing farm⁃ers'development capacity by extending the industrial chain.Finally,the farmers'subjectivity needs to rely on action basis built by industrial development and the internal dynamics of industrial development so as to develop the farmers’subjectivity in indus⁃trial revitalization.
