摘  要:随着“一带一路”共建的快速发展与近年来语言服务行业的兴起,具备跨界视野、跨界能力的语言服务人才成为时代需求。这一转变对高校外语专业教育提出了新的要求,培养“外语+专业”“外语+外语”的复合型和复语型语言人才成为高校人才培养的目标,是否具备跨文化商务交际能力成为语言服务人才的一大衡量标准。当前高校跨文化商务交际能力培养面临一些问题,在“一带一路”共建背景下,结合语言服务的理念,需要对高校跨文化商务交际能力培养加以改革和优化。With the rapid development of“the Belt and Road”construction and the rise of language service industry in recent years,language service talents with cross-border vision and cross-border ability have become the demand of the times.This change has put forward new requirements for foreign language majors in colleges and universities.Cultivating compound and multilingual language talents of“foreign language plus major”and“foreign language plus foreign language”has become the goal of talent training in colleges and universities,and whether they have cross-cultural business communication ability has become an important criterion for language service talents.At present,the cultivation of cross-cultural business communication ability in colleges and universities is facing some problems.Under the background of“the Belt and Road”construction,combined with the concept of language service,it is necessary to reform and optimize the cultivation of cross-cultural business communication ability in colleges and universities.
