摘 要:县城城乡供水一体化承载着城乡居民生产生活重要的资源供给,在供水各环节中需要消耗大量的资源及能源。为建设绿色低碳县城理念下的集约高效型基础设施,以闽南山区城乡供水一体化建设为例,梳理现状城乡供水系统中影响高效运行和造成资源浪费的针对性问题,从水源、净水到输配水、加压以及数字水务等全环节的低碳与节约路径进行梳理与探讨,以实现城乡供水设施的绿色低碳建设与良性长效运行。The integration of urban and rural water supply in county,which has brought essential resource to the production and living of urban and rural residents,has used enormous amounts of energy and resource in each stage of water supply.In order to construct a highly resource-saving and energy-efficient infrastructure on the concept of green and low-carbon county,this article takes the integrated construction of urban and rural water supply system in the mountainous areas of southern Fujian as an example,explores the targeted issues that affect efficient operation and cause resource waste in the current urban and rural water supply system,and discussed the low-carbon and energy-saving paths in various stage of water supply,including water source,purification,transport and distribution,pump station and digital water services,so as to achieve green and low-carbon construction and healthy long-term operation of urban and rural water supply facilities.
