摘 要:扣件系统作为轨道结构关键组成部分,其服役状态严重影响轨道交通线路运营安全。为实现扣件系统服役状态劣化预警,针对传统巡检方法难以发现的弹条微小裂纹扩展而带来的安全隐患,声发射无损检测方法具有可长时间在线监测、精度高等优点,本文基于声发射无损检测方法对弹条进行检测,由于B型弹条损伤声发射特征未知,采用波形分析方法对B型弹条声发射有限元仿真计算结果进行分析,并进行B型弹条静载压缩试验。Fastener system is a key component of track structure,and its service status seriously affects the operation safety of rail transit lines.In order to realize the early warning of the deterioration of the service state of the fastener system,aiming at the potential safety hazard caused by the tiny crack expansion of the elastic strip,which is difficult to find by traditional inspection methods,the acoustic emission nondestructive testing method has the advantages of long-time online monitoring with high precision.This paper detects the elastic strip based on the acoustic emission nondestructive testing method.Because the acoustic emission characteristics of the B-type elastic strip damage are unknown,the waveform analysis method is used to analyze the acoustic emission finite element simulation calculation results of the B-type elastic strip,and the static load compression test of the B-type elastic strip is also carried out.
