摘 要:我国自2008年起实施绿色建筑标识制度,并通过一系列的鼓励激励政策引导绿色建筑及相关产业的发展。十几年间,我国绿色建筑技术得到了充分的探索实践和长远的发展,本文通过对历年来我国获得绿色建筑标识的项目技术应用情况进行分析,梳理了安全耐久、健康舒适、生活便利、资源节约、环境宜居等方面技术应用和增量成本情况,并针对实践中存在的问题提出了有针对性的优化建议。China has implemented the green building labeling system since 2008,and has guided the development of green buildings and related industries through a series of incentive policies.Over the past decade,China has fully explored and practiced green building technology,ensuring its long-term development.This paper analyzes the technical application of green building labels in China over the years,categorizing the technical application and incremental cost of Safety and Durability,Health and Comfort,Occupant Convenience,Resource Saving,and Environmental Livability.This paper also presents targeted optimization suggestions to address existing issues in practice.
