摘 要:绿色低碳技术的推广应用是落实碳达峰碳中和目标的重要举措,是推动社会绿色低碳转型、实现经济高质量发展的重要动力。为准确了解目前北京市绿色低碳技术推广存在的问题和障碍,探寻加强绿色低碳技术推广的有效措施,本文以绿色低碳技术推广现状为出发点,分析了推广问题与障碍,提出北京市创新型绿色低碳技术推广路径与具体措施建议,为今后相关部门出台政策与措施、安排资金等提供参考。The promotion and application of green and low-carbon technology is an important measure to implement the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality target,which is an important driving force to promote social green and low-carbon transformation and achieve high-quality economic development.In order to accurately understand the problems and obstacles in the promotion of green and low-carbon technologies in Beijing,and explore effective measures to strengthen the promotion of green and low-carbon technologies,this article starts from the current situation of green and low-carbon technology promotion,investigates the promotion problems and obstacles,and proposes the path and specific measures for promoting innovative green and low-carbon technologies in Beijing,which could provide reference for relevant departments to introduce policies and measures,arrange funds,etc.in the future.
