摘  要:新建建筑申报一二三星级绿色建筑,围护结构热工性能要求提高,主要降低外墙、屋面及外窗的传热系数及外窗的太阳能得热系数,这需要增加围护结构保温材料厚度。本文收集夏热冬冷地区申报绿色建筑项目案例,通过对部分公共建筑项目案例建模分析,计算不同星级建筑围护结构保温材料的厚度,并与国家建筑节能设计标准要求进行对比,分析不同星级绿色建筑保温材料的厚度变化,对该地区的新建建筑确定绿色建筑增量成本提供一定的依据。When new buildings are declared as one-,two-or three-star Green Buildings,the thermal performance requirements of the envelop structure are improved,mainly reducing the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall,roof and window and the solar energy heat gain coefficient of the external window,which requires increasing the thickness of the thermal insulation material of the envelop structure.This paper collects the cases of Green Building projects declared in hot summer and cold winter areas,calculates the thickness of insulation materials for envelop structures of different star rated buildings through modeling and analysis of some public building projects,compares them with the requirements of national building energy efficiency design standards,and analyzes the thickness variations of insulation materials for different star rated Green Buildings,which could provide reference for determining the incremental cost of Green Buildings for newly built buildings in this area.
