摘　　要：随着新闻传播及公众知情权的需要,“新闻发布会”及“新闻发言人”出现的频率逐渐增加,并逐渐制度化。“新闻发布制度”与“新闻发言人制度”作为两种不同的概念,其混淆误用时有发生,辨析两者的异同,能够引导我们在当代新闻传播中的实践,并有助于机关单位制定相应制度规范。With the need for news dissemination and the public's right to know,"press conference"and"press spokesman"have gradually become more frequent and institutionalized.As two different concepts,"press release system"and"press spokesman system"are often confused and misused,it is necessary to analyze the similarities and differences between them so as to guide our practice in contemporary news communication and help institutions develop corresponding institutional regulations.
