广东欠发达地区县级融媒体建设人才困境与地方院校新闻教育破局——基于粤北地区的考察

摘　　要：在广东欠发达地区,人才问题是制约县级融媒体中心发展的重要因素。以粤北地区为例,通过深度访谈,了解县级融媒体中心人才建设的痛点,探讨了其成长的着力点。最后,根据调查发现,从新闻教育改革的视角,提出地方院校破解县级融媒体建设人才困境的建议。In the underdeveloped areas of Guangdong,the problem of talents is an important factor restricting the development of county-level financial media centers.Taking northern Guangdong as an example,through in-depth interviews,this paper reveals the obstacles to talent construction of county-level financial media centers,and discusses the key point of its development.Finally,according to the findings of the survey,from the perspective of the reform of journalism education,this paper puts forward some suggestions for local universities to solve the talent dilemma of county-level financial media construction.
