摘 要:为明确烤烟蜂窝状纸钵育苗的水肥供应方式,以常规漂浮育苗为对照,开展了微喷和干湿交替2种水肥供应方式对烟苗生长发育的影响对比试验。结果表明:蜂窝状纸钵育苗干湿交替水肥供应方式下烟苗成苗期最长根长、最大叶长、最大叶宽、根冠比、总根长、根总表面积和根总体积显著大于对照常规漂浮育苗,增幅分别为68.85%、25.38%、23.08%、42.53%、87.52%、69.06%和52.12%。蜂窝状纸钵育苗微喷水肥供应方式成苗期烟苗叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量显著大于对照常规漂浮育苗,增幅分别为37.50%、31.58%和35.29%。综合耗水量、成苗期烟苗素质和还苗情况来看,干湿交替的水肥供应方式更适合烤烟蜂窝状纸钵育苗,也更适宜于烟苗生产。In order to clarify the water and fertilizer supply mode of flue-cured tobacco seedling culture by honeycomb paper pot,an experiment was conducted on the growth and development of tobacco seedlings by comparing two water and fertilizer supply modes(micro spraying and alternating wet and dry)of flue-cured tobacco seedling culture by honeycomb paper pot,with conventional floating seedlings as the control.The results showed that the longest root length,maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width,root-to-crown ratio,total root length,total root surface area and total root volume of flue-cured tobacco seedling cultured in alternating wet and dry water and fertilizer supply mode by honeycomb paper pot were significantly greater than those of conventional floating seedlings at the seedling stage,increased by 68.85%,25.38%,23.08%,42.53%,87.52%,69.06%and 52.12%respectively.The chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content of flue-cured tobacco seedling cultured in micro-spraying water and fertilizer supply mode by honeycomb paper pot at the seedling stage were significantly higher than those of conventional floating seedlings,increased by 37.50%,31.58%and 35.29%respectively.In the view of comprehensive water consumption,tobacco seedlings quality during the seedling stage,and seedlings recovery status,the alternating wet and dry water and fertilizer supply mode is more suitable for flue-cured tobacco seedling culture by honeycomb paper pot,and is more suitable for seedling production.
