摘 要:以曲阜市曲阜师范大学附近农田为研究区域,选取了不同耕层土壤(朴树根际土壤和非根际土壤)为研究对象,采用常规土壤理化性质和酶活性的测定方法研究朴树的生长对其根际土壤的理化性质和土壤中脲酶、纤维素酶和过氧化氢酶活性的影响,探讨不同土壤酶活性与土壤理化性质间的相关关系,旨在为当地的环境保护和可持续发展提供依据。结果表明:2种土样均呈中性,但不生长植物的土壤较根际土壤更偏碱性;根际土壤比非根际土壤全磷、铵态氮和硝态氮含量更高;土壤pH值分别与过氧化氢酶、纤维素酶活性成显著负相关(P<0.05)或极显著负相关(P<0.01);全磷含量与脲酶活性成显著正相关(P<0.05);硝态氮、有机质均与纤维素酶活性成极显著正相关(P<0.01);铵态氮、速效钾与3种酶活性总体表现的相关性不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,与非根际土壤相比,朴树根际土壤的理化性质和酶活性发生了明显变化。The farmland near Qufu Normal University in Qufu City was selected as the research area,different plough layer soils(rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil of Celtis sinensis)were selected as the research objects,and the effects of the growth of Celtis sinensis on the physicochemical properties of rhizosphere soil and the activities of urease,cellulase and catalase in the soil were studied and the correlation between different soil enzyme activities and soil physicochemical properties were explored by conventional determining methods of soil physicochemical properties and enzymatic activity,so as to provide the basis for local environmental protection and sustainable development.The results showed that the two soil samples were neutral,but the soil without plants was more alkaline than the rhizosphere soil.The contents of total phosphorus,ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in rhizosphere soil were higher than those in non-rhizosphere soil.The pH value of soil was negatively correlated with activities of catalase(P<0.05)and cellulase(P<0.01).There was a significantly positive correlation between total phosphorus content and urease activity(P<0.05).Nitrate nitrogen and organic matter showed a significantly positive correlation with cellulase activity(P<0.01).Ammonium nitrogen and available potassium had no significant correlation with the overall performance of the activities of the three enzymes(P>0.05).In conclusion,physicochemical and enzymatic activity in rhizosphere soil of Celtis sinensis showed a significant difference compared with that of non-rhizosphere soil.
