延安时期中国共产党加强一元化领导的主要动因、举措和成效

摘　　要：中国共产党由于受“王明路线”影响,曾遭受重大损失,也影响中共党组织领导权威,诱发张国焘以军事实力为依靠挑战中共党的领导权威。延安时期,中共在面对全面抗战新局面时也曾出现中共党组织对军队、政权以及其他中共领导的组织和团体弱化和虚化等问题。这些问题逐渐成为影响中共发展的亟待解决的严重制约因素。延安时期,中共中央明确提出要将中共建设成为中国革命领导核心的任务和使命,通过处理典型党军关系事件强调党对军队的绝对领导,建立健全制度体系确保中共党组织一元化领导的实现。延安整风期间,中共中央正式颁布决议和决定明确强调党的一元化领导,并组织召开专门会议解决党的一元化领导问题。延安时期,中共加强一元化领导强化了中共对新民主主义革命的领导,巩固了中共党组织在中国革命中的核心领导地位。以毛泽东为核心的中共中央借助党的一元化领导实现了中共自身的发展和壮大,也推动了以毛泽东为代表的中共中央核心领导集体的形成。Due to the influence of“Wang Ming Line”,the CPC suffered severe losses,which also affected its organization leadership authority and induced Zhang Guotao to challenge its leadership authority based on military strength.During the Yan’an period,the CPC also faced the problems of weakening Party leadership of the military,the political power,and other organizations and groups in the new situation of comprehensive anti-Japanese war.These problems gradually became serious constraints for the development of the CPC.During the same period,the Central Committee of the CPC proposed the task and mission of building the Party into the leading core of Chinese revolution,and emphasized the absolute leadership of the Party over the military by handling typical incidents of Party-army relations,and established a sound institutional system to ensure the realization of unified leadership of its organizations.During the Yan’an Rectification Movement,the Central Committee of the CPC officially issued a resolution to emphasize its unified leadership and organized a special meeting to address the issue.During the Yan’an Period,the CPC strengthened its leadership over the New Democratic Revolution by strengthening the unified leadership and consolidated its core leadership position in the Chinese revolution.The Central Committee of the CPC with Mao Zedong at its core,realized the Party’s development and growth by promting the unified leadership.
