摘　　要：执政风险和考验在当代已成为一种世界性现象,有效防范和科学应对执政风险和考验是中国共产党面临的重大理论和实践课题。中国共产党作为14亿多人口大国的执政党,肩负任务的艰巨性、复杂性、繁重性世所罕见,在新阶段面临的风险和考验更加严峻、领域更加宽广。理论是行动的先导。要科学应对并战胜前进道路上的重大风险考验,必须加强对执政风险和考验基本理论问题的研究,弄清执政风险、执政考验的含义和特征,其与执政危险、执政危机等相关概念的区别和联系,以及执政风险和考验的类型等,只有这样才能深入分析研究中国共产党在新阶段面临的风险和考验及其成因和走向,思考探索应对和化解执政风险和考验的途径,有效防范、应对并战胜党面临的执政风险和考验。Governance risks and tests have become a worldwide phenomenon in contemporary times.Effective prevention and scientific response to governance risks and tests are major theoretical and practical issues for the Party.As the ruling party in a country with a population of more than 1.4 billion,with arduous,complex and onerous tasks rarely seen in the world on its shoulder,the CPC is faced with more severe and broader risks and tests in the new stage.Theory is the precursor of action.To scientifically respond to and overcome the major risks and tests on the way forward,it is necessary to strengthen research on ba-sic theoretical issues of governance risks and tests and clarify their meanings,characteristics,types,besides their differences and connections with related concepts such as governance dangers and crises.Only in this way can we thoroughly analyze the risks and tests faced by the CPC in the new stage,study their causes and trends,think about and explore ways to deal with and resolve the governance risks and tests,and effectively prevent,deal with and overcome the governance risks and tests faced by the Party.
