摘　　要：目的:整合新生儿出生早期眼部护理的相关证据,为临床决策提供参考。方法:系统检索近十年国内外指南检索网站、专业学会网站及中英文数据库中与新生儿眼部护理相关的循证指南和专家共识,应用指南研究与评价工具AGREEⅡ对纳入指南的方法学进行评价,应用JBI质量评价工具对专家共识进行评价;同时为补充最新证据,系统检索近五年相关系统评价,并用AMSTAR 2对纳入研究进行质量评价。随后对纳入文献进行证据总结并进行证据等级和推荐级别评定。结果:最终共纳入临床实践指南9篇、专家共识1篇和系统评价1篇,归类为出生后立即擦干眼部、眼部护理、眼部检查和孕产妇及其伴侣生殖道感染相关疾病筛查4个方面,共12条推荐意见。结论:推荐在我国临床护理工作中,对娩出后的新生儿立即实施擦干眼部护理操作并做好后续眼部检查。对有生殖道感染暴露可能的新生儿眼部采用红霉素眼膏涂抹以预防眼部炎症发生,同时未来应加强对孕产妇及其伴侣生殖道感染相关疾病的筛查及治疗。Objective:To evaluate and analyze guidelines,expert consensus and systematic reviews of early eye care in newborns after delivery,so as to provide guidance for medical and nursing staff to make better decisions on newborn outcomes.Methods:We searched literature systematically from guideline development websites,newborns and delivery related professional societies and databases.The AGREE II,JBI quality assessment tool and AMSTAR 2 Tool were used for quality evaluation for guidelines,expert consensus and systematic reviews,respectively.We then evaluated the levels of evidence and strengths of recommendations for the evidence summary.Results:A total of 9 neonatal eye care related guidelines,1 expert consensus and 1 systematic review were included.We synthesized the findings from four dimensions,including eye drying,eye care,eye examination,and screening of pregnant women and their partners for Sexually Transmitted Diseases(STD).Conclusion:It is recommended to dry the eyes immediately after delivery and do a follow-up eye examination for neonates.Erythromycin eye ointment should be applied to the eyes of newborns with potential exposure to STD to prevent the occurrence of ophthalmitis.Meanwhile,screening and treatment of STD among pregnant women and their partners should be strengthened in the future.
