摘 要:EEDI的实施已进入第二阶段,船舶最小推进功率问题在业界受到普遍关注。国际海事组织(IMO)于2021年通过了“船舶在恶劣海况下维持操纵性的最小推进功率计算导则”,提高了船舶最小推进功率履约的难度。针对船舶最小推进功率新规范的要求,论文基于船、机、桨匹配设计与优化,研究船型参数、螺旋桨参数和主机转速的变化对船舶最小推进功率评估的影响,提出了我国在新船设计阶段的技术应对措施,供船舶行业参考。As the implementation of EEDI has entered the second stage,minimum propulsion power of ships has attracted much more attention.International Maritime Organization(IMO)adopted"Guidelines for determining minimum propulsion power to maintain the manoeuvrability of ships in adverse conditions"in 2021.Implementation of the guidelines has made it more difficult to perform the minimum propulsion power of ships.With respect to the response to the new specification of ship's minimum propulsion power and based on the techniques of ship-engine-propeller matching design and optimization,the paper studies the impact of changes in parameters of ship’s type,propeller and main engine speed on the evaluation of ship's minimum propulsion power,and puts forward the technical response measures at the design stage of new ships,and provides a reference to China shipbuilding industry.
