摘 要:针对喷水推进装置操舵倒航机构转动副的强度问题,基于带自由液面的循环水槽,开展操舵倒航机构转动副载荷试验研究。首先,针对操舵倒航机构转动副各销轴运转特点,基于应变测试原理开发了不同规格尺度的高精度销轴传感器;其次,将喷射流速度调整至设计状态,在倒航斗满斗状态下,利用所开发的销轴传感器测量各转动副销轴所受的径向载荷;最后,维持满斗状态,从0°开始连续运转方向舵至满舵状态,测量方向舵运动过程中转动副各销轴的动态载荷。结果表明,操舵倒航机构各转动副销轴的受力大小不同,均呈现脉动特性,且脉动的频率与喷水推进泵转速成倍数关系。To solve the strength of the rotating pair of steering and reversing of waterjet-propelled unit,based on the circulating flume with free liquid surface,the experimental research on the rotating pair load of steering and reversing gear was carried out.Firstly,according to the running characteristics of the rotating pair of steering and reversing gear,high precision pin sensors of different specifications and sizes were designed,based on the stain testing principles.Secondly,the velocity of jet flow is adjusted at the design state,and the radial load on each rotating pair pin is measured by the pin sensor under the revering state.Finally,The dynamic load of each pin of the rotating pair during the rudder moved was measured while keeping the steering gear at the fully reversing state,when continuously running the rudder from 0°to the maximum steering angle.The results show that the force of the pin shaft at each rotating pair position of the steering and reversing gear is different.The frequency of pulsation of the forces which show pulsation characteristics is multiple of the speed of the waterjet propulsion pump.
