摘　　要：[1]法律外交是国际政治发展的必然趋势,是中国由法律大国向法治强国迈进的必由之路,同时也是人类社会文明演化的客观反映。[2]人类社会从漫长的弱肉强食的“丛林法则”中痛定思痛,逐渐发展、完善了相互妥协的“文明法则”,进而从暴力政治走向协商政治,从野蛮社会进入文明社会,其中规则和法律起了决定性作用。[1]As an inevitable trend in the development of international politics and the civilization of human society,legal diplomacy is the way for China to transform itself from a major country with adequate laws to one undertheruleoflaw.[2]Human society has painfully evolved by constantly improving the mutually compromised"law of civilization"out of the"law of the jungle"through agonizing reflection,moving from barbarism into a civilized society underpinned by rules and laws.
