基于文献计量分析的中国当代藏、羌、彝医药研究

摘　　要：为了解我国当代藏、羌、彝医药研究的现状、发展进程和趋势,为民族医药的传承发展提供研究基础,本研究应用文献计量学方法对CNKI数据库中1979—2022年藏、羌、彝医药相关研究文献进行筛选、数据提取、统计分析和可视化呈现。结果表明,我国藏、羌、彝医药研究已具备一定基础,但目前整体处于研究瓶颈期,羌医药仍有较大发展空间。建议在保留各个民族特色基础上,提倡地方政府顶层设计,统筹推进;研究机构资源共享,跨域合作;人才队伍多元复合,协同创新;载文期刊突出特色,扩大影响;研究方向多元交叉,提高转化,有助于多维一体促进民族医药发展。To understand the current situation,development process and trend of contemporary Tibetan,Qiang and Yi medicine research in China,and to provide a research basis for the inheritance and development of ethnic medicine,the bibliometric methods were applied to screen,extract data,statistically analyse and visual presentation of Tibetan,Qiang and Yi medicine in CNKI database from 1979-2022.It indicated that researches on Tibetan,Qiang and Yi medicine in China had a certain foundation,but the overall research was currently in the research bottleneck period,and Qiang medicine still had more potential for improvement and development.On the basis of preserving the characteristics of each ethnic group,we advocated the top-level design of local governments to coordinate and promote the development of ethnic medicine;research institutions shared resources and cooperated across regions;talent teams were diversified and compounded to build to promote innovation;research directions focused on multiple crossover translation,so as to promote the development of ethnic medicine in a multi-dimensional manner.
