摘 要:这里以某雷达T/R组件的液冷散热为研究对象,提出了一种新型两进两出U型微通道液冷冷板设计。在保证计算机模拟参数不变的条件下,利用ICEPAK数值模拟的方法,通过分析比较仿真结果,对原单层支流道的冷板进行结构优化,引入双层微通道支流道设计理念。同时,对这两种总体方案进行试验验证,试验结果与ICEPAK仿真结果基本一致。研究结果表明:双层微通道流道的引入显著改善了冷板的散热性能;综合分析液冷板散热效果和进出口冷却液压差,最终选定双层梯形微通道流道设计方案。A new two-in-two-out U-shaped microchannel liquid cooling plate design is proposed based on the liquid cooling heat dissipation of a radar T/R module.Under the condition that the computer simulation parameters remain unchanged,the ICEPAK numerical simulation method is used to analyze and compare the simulation results to optimize the structure of the cold plate of the original single-layer tributary channel and introduce the design concept of double-layer micro-channel tributary channel.At the same time,the two overall schemes are experimentalized and verified,and the test effects are in good agreement with the ICEPAK simulation results.The results show that the introduction of double-layer micro-channel channel can significantly improve the heat dissipation performance of the cold plate.After analyzing the heat dissipation effect of the liquid cooling plate and the difference of the inlet and outlet cooling hydraulic pressure,the design scheme of the double trapezoidal micro channel runner is finally selected.
