摘 要:辐照容器属于核级设备辐照鉴定试验装置的一个重要组成部件,是承载需要辐照的1E级设备的压力容器。针对新型辐照容器,采用ANSYS软件对容器内部流场及温度场进行了数值计算,研究了在实际工况下,辐照容器不同截面位置的温度分布和气流运动轨迹,以及分流板对温度分布和气流运动的影响,并经由试验验证了模拟结论。结果表明:增加分流板的辐照容器内部温度分布和气流运动更均匀,气流运动轨迹更集中于中间区域;内部温度分布更均衡,温差在5K以内,为新型辐照容器的设计提供了理论依据。The irradiation vessel is an important component of the nuclear-level equipment irradiation qualification test device,and is a pressure vessel that carries the 1E-level equipment that needs irradiation.For the novel irradiation vessel,ANSYS software is used to calculate the internal flow field and temperature field of the vessel,and the temperature distribution and flow trajectory at different cross-sectional positions of the irradiation vessel under actual conditions are studied,as well as the influence carried by the splitter plate.The simulation conclusions are verified through experiments.The result shows that the internal temperature distribution and air flow movement of the irradiation container with the addition of the splitter plate are more uniform,and the air flow trajectory is more concentrated in the middle area;the internal temperature distribution is more balanced,and the temperature difference is within 5K,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the novel irradiation containers.
