摘  要:为了研究喷油系统参数对喷雾的影响规律,在定容弹光学实验系统上,运用仿真计算的方式研究了喷射压力,喷孔直径,环境温度,环境压力在高工质密度环境下对喷雾的影响规律。结果表明:在高工质密度环境下喷射压力和喷孔直径对喷雾气液相贯穿距的影响最大,孔径每增大0.04mm,最大液、气相贯穿距分别增加7mm、8.5mm左右;环境温度每升高100K,喷雾气相贯穿距增大3mm左右;喷射压力增大40MPa,喷雾气相贯穿距增加5mm左右,液相贯穿距变化不大;环境压力增加使气液相贯穿距有所减少;增大喷孔直径和喷射压力均可以有效促进喷雾的气化效率。In order to research the influence of fuel injection system parameters on spray,the influence of spray pressure,nozzle diameter,ambient temperature and ambient pressure on spray under high working density environment was studied by means of simulation calculation in constant volume optical experiment system.The results show that under the condition of high working density,the injection pressure and the diameter of the nozzle hole have the greatest influence on the penetration distance of the spray gas and liquid phase.When the pore size increases by 0.04mm,the maximum liquid and gas penetration distances increase by 7mm and 8.5mm respectively.When the ambient temperature increasesby 100K,the penetration distance of the spray gas increases by about 3mm.When the injection pressure increases by 40MPa,the gas penetration distance increases by 5mm,and the liquid penetration distance varies less.The increase of ambient pressure makes the gas and liquid penetration distance decrease;increasing the nozzle diameter and injection pressure effectively promote the gasification efficiency of the spray.
