乳胜肽修复水光术后敏感皮肤的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察和评估乳胜肽修护精华液在水光注射术后缓解敏感皮肤、修复皮肤屏障的有效性。方法:研究对象为2022年1月-2022年6月潍坊医学院附属医院皮肤科医疗美容门诊水光术后16例就医者,就医者在水光术后均使用乳胜肽修护精华液+保湿霜,并于水光术后3 d、7 d、14 d分别进行普通拍照、VISIA拍摄、皮肤镜图像采集,并填写就医者自我评价调查问卷。结果:①皮肤镜下检查,4例(4/16)就医者术后7 d皮肤状态基本恢复术前水平,3例(3/16)就医者术后14 d仍可见较明显分枝状毛细血管,但程度较前减轻,其余就医者皮肤状态基本恢复术前水平;②VISIA拍摄示4例(4/16)就医者术后7 d红色区深度、范围恢复到与术前相近,3例(3/16)就医者水光术后14 d红色区仍未恢复到术前水平,但颜色深度、范围较前改善;③就医者自我评价调查问卷反馈,15例就医者评分≤8分,1例就医者评分为10分。结论:在水光注射术后使用乳胜肽修护精华液对修复术后敏感性皮肤、缓解不适症状有显著的临床效果。Objective To observe and evaluate the effectiveness of Milk Peptide Complex Ultracare in relieving sensitive skin and repairing skin barrier after hyaluronic acid injection.Methods The research subjects were 16 patients from January 2022to June 2022 in the dermatology medical and cosmetic outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University.After the hyaluronic acid injection,all the 16 patients used the Milk Peptide Complex Ultracare+moisturizing cream.Ordinary photography,VISIA photography,and dermoscopy image collection were performed at 3 days,7 days,and 14days after hyaluronic acid injection,and a patient self-evaluation questionnaire was filled out.Results(1)Dermoscopy:4 cases(4/16)of the patients basically recovered the preoperative level of the skin condition 7 days after surgery,3 cases(3/16)of the patients still show more obvious branched capillaries 14 days after surgery,but the degree was reduced compared with previous,and the skin condition of the rest of the patients basically recovered to the preoperative level.(2)VISIA showed that the depth and range of the red zone in 4 cases(4/16)after surgery were similar to those before surgery,and the red zone in 3 cases(3/16)was not restored to the preoperative level at 14 days after photosurgery,but the depth and range of the color were improved compared with before.(3)Self-evaluation questionnaire for medical patients:15 patients scored≤8 points,and 1 case scored 10points.Conclusion The use of Milk Peptide Complex Ultracare after hyaluronic acid injection has a significant clinical effect on repairing sensitive skin after surgery and relieving discomfort symptoms.
