摘  要:目的:设计一种可用于面部护理的喷雾式富氧水仪,并对其在改善面部寻常痤疮中的临床效果进行探究。方法:筛选30例寻常痤疮患者入组,连续使用富氧水仪进行面部护理,采用自身前后对照方式,于使用前(D0)、使用7 d(D7)、使用14 d(D14)进行仪器测量、临床医生评估和患者自评,并观察改善效果。结果:使用富氧水仪14 d后,患者面部寻常痤疮的面积、体积、红区面积占比以及临床ISGA评分和皮损总数均呈现显著性下降,研究期间无不良反应发生。结论:使用喷雾式富氧水仪进行面部护理,对改善面部寻常痤疮皮损有效。Objective To design a spray instrument of super oxygen enriched water based on micro-nano bubble technology and to evaluate its anti-acne efficacy.Methods 30 patients with a clinical diagnosis of acne were selected and they did facial care with the instrument for a certain time according to the experimental requirements.The facial skin parameters of the subjects before and after the study were compared and analyzed through non-invasive instrumental testing,doctor's assessment and self-assessment.Results The results showed that the acne area,acne volume,acne red area proportion,ISGA score and lesions counting were significant decrease from the initial data after 14 days.There were no adverse reactions during the whole study.Conclusion Facial care by oxygen enriched water instrument is an effective way for anti-acne.
