基于三焦理论分期论治糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎

摘　　要：糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎多因患有其他皮肤问题后不合理使用激素类药物演化而致。丁慧教授指出糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎主要与由焦之心肺失于清宣,中焦之肝脾失于通畅,下焦之肾脏失于温养所致,主张清上畅中温下法三法并用,从根本上协调人体脏腑阴阳气血失调的矛盾。侧重于清心肺以调津液,畅肝脾以化气血,温阳固阴以扶正。使邪去正安,五脏平和,阴阳平和,药毒乃愈。Hormone dependence dermatitis is mostly caused by the evolution of unreasonable use of hormone drugs after having other skin problems.Professor Ding Hui pointed out that hormone dependence dermatitis was mainly caused by the lack of function of heart and lung in upper Jiao,the liver and spleen in medium Jiao,and the loss of kidney in lower Jiao.She advocated clear the upper,regulate the middle and warm the lower part,so as to fundamentally coordinate the contradiction of Yin-Yang,qi and blood disorders of human viscera.Focus on clearing the heart and lung to regulate body fluid,harmonizing liver and spleen to melt qi and blood,warming Yang solid Yin to straighten body resistance,removing pathogenic factors and securing healthy qi,harmonizing five viscera,maintaining the harmony and equilibrium of Yin-Yang,the medicine poison can be recovered.
