优质护理辅助整形美容清创缝合术对颌面部外伤患者应激反应及效果满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析优质护理辅助整形美容清创缝合术对颌面部外伤患者应激反应及效果满意度的影响。方法:选取2019年2月-2021年10月笔者科室收治的98例颌面部外伤患者为研究对象,按护理干预方案不同分为对照组47例(常规护理)、观察组51例(优质护理)。比较两组焦虑自评量表(Self rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self rating depression scale,SDS)、自我感觉负担量表(Self perceived burden scale,SPBS)、平均动脉压(Mean arterial pressure,MAP)、心率值(Heart rate,HR)、双向瘢痕评分量表(Patient and observer scar assessment scale,POSAS)、温哥华瘢痕评分量表(Vancouver scar score,VSS)及美学效果满意度。结果:观察组患者SAS、SDS、SPBS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后MAP、HR均有所下降,且观察组MAP、HR低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组POSAS、VSS评分评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组美学效果满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理辅助整形美容清创缝合术应用于颌面部外伤患者中可减轻患者应激反应,且美学效果满意度良好。Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing assisted plastic debridement and suture on the stress response and effect satisfaction of patients with maxillofacial trauma.Methods 98 patients with maxillofacial trauma treated in author department from February 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,according to the nursing intervention plans,they were divided into the control group of 47 cases(routine nursing)and the observation group of 51 cases(high-quality nursing).The self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-perceived burden scale(SPBS),mean arterial pressure(MAP),Arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),The Patient and Observer Scar Scale(POSAS),and cosmetic effect satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS,SDS and SPBS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).MAP and HR decreased in both groups after intervention,but MAP and HR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the pain,skin recovery effect,scar effect and skin coloration scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of cosmetic effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing assisted plastic debridement and suture in maxillofacial trauma patients can reduce the stress response of patients,and aesthetic effect satisfaction is good.
