摘 要:针对传统列车控制电源存在硬开关变换器、单路闭环调节、转换效率较低、发热严重、稳定性差的问题,已无法适应列车控制系统在复杂工作环境中的要求。提出一种基于LLC半桥谐振变换器的列车控制电源。该电源在工作范围内能实现软开关,提高了列车控制电源效率,并利用高频变压器的堆叠式绕法和对所有输出回路进行闭环调节,减小漏感和体积,提高了输出电压的稳定性。最后,制作了一台84 W两路输出的实验样机,完成了相关仿真和实验验证,验证了设计方案的可行性和先进性。In view of the problems of hard switching converter,single-circuit closed-loop regulation,low conversion efficiency,serious heat generation and poor stability in the traditional train control power supply design,it has been unable to meet the requirements of the train control system in the complex working environment.In this paper,a train control power supply based on LLC half-bridge resonant converter is proposed.The power supply can realize soft switching within the working range,which improves the efficiency of the train control power supply,and uses the stacked winding method of the high-frequency transformer to perform closed-loop regulation on all output circuits,reducing leakage inductance and volume,and improving the stability of the output voltage.sex.Finally,an 84W two-way output experimental prototype was made,and the relevant simulation and experimental verification were completed,verifying the feasibility and advancement of the design scheme.
