摘 要:作为汽车制动系统不可或缺的一部分,制动助力器生产制造体系对于其质量及整个汽车工业意义非凡。研究在工业以太网PLC技术的基础上,针对制动助力器生产制造设计了基于PLC的通讯方案,由此建立装配线自动控制系统,并通过模糊PID进行了系统优化。实验结果表明,所提出的汽车制动助力器自动控制系统在两种通讯响应的测试中平均时间分别为16 ms和450 ms,满足500 ms性能指标要求,并且废品率仅为1.2%,提升了7.1%;在生产节拍时序的计算中,该系统平均生产节拍为21.32 s,优于24 s标准节拍,说明该自动控制系统具有较高的生产效率,提升了废品率,生产质量得到明显提高,为汽车制动助力器生产提高了技术参考。As an indispensable part of the automobile braking system,the brake booster production and manufacturing system is of great significance to its quality and the entire automobile industry.On the basis of industrial Ethernet PLC technology,the communication scheme based on PLC is designed for brake booster manufacturing,and the automatic control system of assembly line is established,and the system is optimized through fuzzy PID.The experimental results show that the average time of the proposed automatic control system for automobile brake booster in the two communication response tests is 16ms and 450ms respectively,meeting the performance index requirements of 500ms,and the scrap rate is only 1.2%,increased by 7.1%;In the calculation of the production beat time sequence,the average production beat of the system is 21.32s,which is better than the 24s standard beat.This shows that the automatic control system has higher production efficiency,improves the scrap rate,and significantly improves the production quality,which improves the technical reference for the production of automobile brake booster.
