摘 要:先进复合材料已经成为飞机首选的结构材料之一,但由于其现阶段高昂的制造成本,严重影响了其更广泛应用。因此,在目标价格论证中科学合理估算复合材料制件成本,已成为当前复合材料应用过程中必须解决的问题。文章对比了国内外主流成本估算模型的适用性和优劣,有益于帮助提升复合材料制造的成本管控水平。Advanced composite materials have become one of the preferred structural materials for aircraft,but due to its high manufacturing costs at this stage,it has seriously affected its wider application.Therefore,scientifically and reasonably estimating the cost of composite parts in the target price demonstration has become a problem that must be solved in the current application process of composite materials.This paper compares the applicability and advantages of the mainstream cost estimation models at home and abroad,which is beneficial for improving the cost control level of composite material manufacturing.
