摘  要:为了全面降低催化裂化装置的能耗,文章结合催化裂化装置的基本特点进行研究,首先对催化裂化装置的能耗影响因素进行分析,烧焦、水消耗、电消耗、蒸汽消耗、低温热输出消耗都是催化裂化装置能耗的主要来源,需要从降低反应生焦率、降低电能损耗、优化系统操作、充分利用高温余热和装置间热联合等方面采取节能措施,为推动中国炼油行业节能降耗,科学发展奠定基础。In order to comprehensively reduce the energy consumption of the catalytic cracking unit,the article conducts research based on the basic characteristics of the catalytic cracking unit.Firstly,the factors affecting the energy consumption of the catalytic cracking unit are analyzed.Coke burning,water consumption,electricity consumption,steam consumption,and low-temperature heat output consumption are all the main sources of energy consumption of the catalytic cracking unit.It is necessary to reduce reaction coking rate,reduce electricity consumption,optimize system operation.Taking energysaving measures to fully utilize high-temperature waste heat and inter unit heat integration,laying the foundation for promoting energy conservation,consumption reduction,and scientific development in China’s refining industry.
