摘 要:管道失效率是洞察在役管道现有状态和管道定量风险评估的有效指标之一。以陆上天然气长输管道为研究对象,总结了美欧两大管道失效数据库PHMSA和EGIG计算失效率的模型。对收集的失效数据进行了失效率的计算及对比分析。分析表明,EGIG将失效率分为整体平均失效率和分类平均失效率,前者与PHMSA的方法一样适合观察多年宏观的变化趋势,后者可以分析由某一失效原因引起的管道失效率。此外,EGIG还考虑到管道服役时长,引入了曝露值的概念。Pipeline failure rate is one of the effective indicators for insight into the existing state of pipeline in service and quantitative risk assessment of pipeline.In this paper,the failure rate calculation models of PHMSA and EGIG of two major pipeline failure databases in the United States and Europe are summarized.The failure rate of the collected failure data is calculated and compared.The analysis shows that EGIG divides the failure rate into global average failure rate and classified average failure rate.The former is as suitable as the PHMSA method to observe the macro trend over many years,and the latter can analyze the failure rate caused by a certain failure cause.In addition,EGIG also takes into account the length of service of the pipeline and introduces the concept of exposure value.
